What's Involved & Required
- The job at our front desk is never boring.
- You will be surrounded by wonderful women from all over the world!
- Our reception hours are 9 to 6pm, 7 days a week.
- We require 25 hours weekly, split into 5 x 5 hour shifts, including weekends on an alternating roster that also gives you 2 days off a week!
- We aim to structure your week for a "living in Sayulita" experience.
- There is a month of minimum stay to facilitate the training & accommodation as we aim to form as much consistency as possible for our small but mighty customer service team.
Things to consider
- Pre-plan your trip. Our volunteer program is booked 2-3 months in advance. We do not take volunteer applications for 1 to 2 weeks, it is something to consider as a long stay living experience.
- How's your Spanish? Although English is the primary language used to communicate with guests, other volunteers and staff, as we mentioned, you will need to speak and understand some Spanish.
- Please tell us a little bit about yourself, your experience and the month(s) you are interested in staying at Sister’s Sayulita.

How to Get Here
By Bus
From PV Airport you will need to walk to the bus pickup and take any bus that has “Sayulita” on the windshield. Any Sayulita bus will bring you directly to the Sayulita bus stop. My Sister's House is a 10 minute walk from there. We can send you a video showing this process upon request.
By Taxi
You can hail a taxi from the airport, or opt for an Uber. Although, you will need to leave the airport to catch your uber as they are not allowed inside the airport. Let us know you are choosing this option and we can send you a video showing where you will need to go.
Pick-up
We can arrange pick-ups from Puerto Vallarta airport or anywhere within Sayulita. Simply notify us of your travel plans and our driver will be there to pick you up.
By Car
If you are driving to the hotel, our team can advise on the best route.
